ARE YOUR PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?

All prices displayed on the store at inclusive of 5% VAT.

Why should I sign up for an account?

Signing up for an account on The Grooming Lab gives you a quicker checkout process by not having to enter your shipping details. You will still however need to enter your credit card details. Signing up for an account also allows you to receive special promotional offers and discount codes sent to your email so you can save on your next order.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

We currently ship within the UAE.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON YOUR PRODUCTS IF THEY AREN’T OPENED/If I CHANGE MY MIND? 

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any of our products once sold.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS?

We take care to pack your items carefully so they don’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged/faulty, we ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.

Can LADIES use your products?

Yes, ladies can use some of our products like the Bro Mask, body wash from The Groomed Man Co, Dapper Dan Sea Salt Spray and the Dapper Dan Styling Dust which can be used to add volume to hair.

I HAVE A BEARD, WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BRO MASK?

We suggest using the top half of the mask only, because the bottom half won't stick over hair. If desired, apply bottom half to the neck after shaving to help calm skin.

IS THERE A FRONT/BACK OF THE BRO MASK?

You can use either side of the mask. Just make sure to overlap the top and bottom pieces at the cheek to prevent bottom piece from slipping. 

I'VE NEVER MASKED BEFORE, WHERE DO I START?

Start off by washing and drying your face. Remove mask halves and place them on top of the packaging. Separate the top piece from the plastic films, and apply to your face smoothing down the mask to fit face snugly. Remove bottom half from plastic films, apply it to the bottom of your face, overlapping the top piece by about an inch.
